Easy 5-Minute Decor Idea
I have a hard time getting my house back in shape after the holidays. Even if my house is clean and organized and all of the Christmas boxes are put away, I inevitably have some unfinished “holes” in my decor.
That’s because it all looks so blah to me after Christmas and I feel the need to freshen things up a bit. Does this happen to you, too?
I still have a few holes here and there but I did tackle my foyer table the other day. I added a little color with a new plate (a Christmas gift) and some faux greenery.

Creating a Coffee Table Vignette
I can’t remember when it all started, but when I was growing up I spent a lot of time re-arranging my room. One day my bed would be under the window, the next day it would be against the wall. I think the furniture in my room never sat still for longer than a month!
I don’t re-arrange furniture very often any more, but I do like to change up small touches in my house and create little vignettes here and there. It’s a whole lot easier to re-arrange and style little decorative items and it doesn’t make my back hurt!
Last week, I showed you how I styled my foyer table. And, today, I’m showing you my coffee table vignette.
