And, I love pinning new ideas for future reference so I can look back at it any time when I’m in the mood.

Even if you’re already finished decking your halls, I have some great inspiration gathered for you to use now or save it for later!

I have asked a few of my fellow bHome bloggers to join me in sharing some of our favorite Christmas decor and tips.

Who doesn’t love a grain sack?  That nubby gorgeous fabric goes with almost every style of decor!   Authentic, homespun and timeless – grain sacks and Christmas go together naturally.  Using grain sacks in your Christmas decor can be as easy as a pile stacked with the red & green stripes revealed, a red striped sack draped over a chair, one wrapped around the base of your tree.  If you have a bit of time, sewing grain sack Christmas stockings is wonderful way to create family heirlooms.  Learn about grain sacks, how to care for them and more ideas on using them in your Christmas decor from Kelly at My Soulful Home.

If you don’t have a vintage grain sack, you can make your own!  I made some simple little faux grain sack ornaments that are so easy to make and inexpensive. I love them because they add a vintage flair to my tree, they’re light-weight (perfect for real trees) and they don’t break if they fall!  You can get the full tutorial here.
