The other day I posted about fabulous laundry rooms that had me swooning and today I ran across this 14-week organizational challenge over at A Bowl Full of Lemons.
This week she's talking about laundry rooms.
Is that a hint?
I think so.
So, I'm signing up. I may not do the entire 14 weeks (a different room to organize every week), and I may not follow the rules exactly, but I really need to get that room sorted out. It's been driving me crazy to go in there. And, if I haven't mentioned it before, I'm kind of an organizational freak. I have a thing for bins and organizers and I like everything to be in the appropriate place -- and, yes, there is an appropriate place for everything! (I know I'm a weirdo.)
So, the fact that my room is cluttered and out of order has been making me a little crazy. It's time.
Anyone care to join me?
Here's a little peak of organizational inspiration:

So organized and I absolutely love all the woven baskets. And, look at that cool little shelf that pulls out for folding under the dryer!

The picture above from Martha Stewart is so neat and tidy yet full of "real" supplies. Sometimes pictures on Pinterest and in magazines are so neat and perfect it doesn't seem real and functional.

Here's storage for laundry baskets again. I love that! Unfortunately, I can't fit that into my laundry room. Bummer. If you want to see more laundry room inspiration, go check out my other post.
Okay. I think I'm ready to tackle the laundry room clean-up. Tomorrow.
My organizational skills are non-existent. My house is a total wreck. I freak out when I read about organizing because it is so over-whelming. I definitely need help! Thank you for the link.
